CHAD PENNINGTON

Chad has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry including preconstruction planning, specialty projects, estimating, project management and business development. He has built a reputation for excellence, driving the completion of numerous high-profile projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors throughout the U.S. Chad holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a specialization in Entrepreneurship from the University of Alabama. Chad is an avid martial artist with a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. His other passions include hiking with his dog Bandit, traveling to new places, and being a self-proclaimed foodie.

JUSTIN WILLITS

With over 20 years of experience, Justin expertly manages residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects throughout the country. Justin is Xactimate Level 3 certified; OSHA 10 certified; and certified as a Federal court expert on estimating and pricing.

Justin grew up in the construction industry and discovered his passion at an early age. He began his career at a young age working for his father’s construction company. There, he gathered extensive firsthand education from his dad’s 35 years of experience as a licensed general contractor specializing in residential and commercial work. His role developed into the main project manager. Justin learned how to build a structure from the ground up – by doing it himself. After branching off from his father’s company, Justin owned and ran his own construction business for several years before entering into the building consulting industry in 2007. Justin also specialized in property loss consulting and Xactimate estimates as a restoration contractor.

When he’s not working, Justin enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, Sarah, and their two gorgeous daughters, Isabella and Kate.
